Normal: In my opinion, this is what is considered normal.

Normal; What is normal?
In my opinion, this is what is considered normal:
In infancy, we look to our parents for guidance, and our parents, looked to their parents.
So, what we are looking for is guidance. Do we know this? Maybe, and, more than likely not.
What we are doing though is looking to see what is acceptable in what we think we need to be ok, in this life. Or, are we doing life right!
Now, for the most part, we are not aware of this, and if we are, we are not speaking of this, because, there seems to be this assumption that we should know(FEAR). And, there is this assumed fear, that we could be criticized like; why didn’t you know.
We look to our parents to see what brings them happiness, in our opinion. We begin watching their reactions, body movements, mannerisms that we all seem to know by feeling. If there are other siblings in the family, and we see, they seem to receive more attention, and we look to see what makes them receive that attention. By doing this we are assessing how we need to be reacting, and behaving, this is also the set up for envy, the precursor to jealousy. What is missed in this, is that by doing this one thing, we are establishing the most constant program in our minds. The self-critic!The one thing that this is saying is; I am not ok, and everyone has become the dictator to how we react. This is the set up for, I don’t even like myself.
This is the beginning of the cycle of life and what keeps us stuck, in repetition.
Now I know, there are many out there that say, “I didn’t do this” Well, the minute you said inside to your-self, I wish I could be like or liked? You did it!
This in itself sets up all of our issues, and is, where we leave the love of our-selves.
If you are saying to yourselves, I don’t see this, try looking at how you start any relationship that you wanted to be in, and notice how many time you shift for their approval.Can you see the cycle of; want, fear, judgment, all from alone or separate from all.
The concept created by the mind, is the greatest form of insanity, and we call it normal.
To me, through being afraid, this sounds more like oppression!
And then, we wonder why we are angry!
